The Lines of Lightness, Noëlla worked with dancer Willy Heramus—a collaboration that explored ‘what is flying?’ Willy danced on a rope, creating free and continuous movements void of the restraints of being grounded to the earth. Together they explored the emotion of being in the air, weaving Willy’s sensuality and femininity into these flying drawings.
